The Town Talk, previously known as The Plough & Ball, has been sold by property agents Sidney Phillips sparking speculation to what will happen to the Edwardian building.
Rumours circulating on social media that it was destined to become flats were dispelled by the agents stating: "Sidney Phillips are pleased to announce the sale of The Town Talk in Nuneaton, Warwickshire.." the firm also hinted that it would soon be offering pints again.
